Bananas are a great source of vitamin C, fiber & potassium. Blackberries are an excellent source of antioxidants, rich in vitamin A, C, E, K & B, low in calories & sodium and high in fiber. ♥ DRY INGREDIENTS ♥ 2/3 Cup Oat Bran 2/3 Cup Buckwheat 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Tsp Cinnamon 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans 4 Tbsp Coconut Sugar 1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes ♥ WET INGREDIENTS ♥ 2 Ripe Bananas 1 Cup Fresh Organic Blackberries 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt 2 Eggs ♥ DIRECTIONS ♥ Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 25 Minutes Combine ALL dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside. Add ALL wet ingredients to blender & blend up. Add to dry ingredients mixing well. Set aside in refrigerator for 5-10mins. Spray large muffin pan with coconut oil, spoon in mixture cover 3/4 of each individual muffins cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins. Makes 12 large muffins. Let muffins cool on a cooling rack for 5 mins & ENJOY!
