YOGA FUSION & SOUND BATH

THURSDAYS - 6PM

Join me every every Thursday at 6pm for an evening for a harmonizing & grounding Sunset Beach Yoga Fusion class to unwind from the day in nature to tranquil & healing sounds of the ocean.

* All levels class, no experience needed *

Pilates-Yoga Fusion is a fun upbeat class combining elements of Pilates Mat with Yoga (hatha/vinyasa) flow sequences for a total body workout style with a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. The class will close with a guided meditation & relaxing sound bath savasana.
Each class is designed with a combinations of breath work & movement to increase strength, flexibility & balance leaving you mentally and physically refreshed & nourished.

Be sure to bring your yoga mat, a towel and water to class. Please allow 5-10 minutes to find parking and to get set up in class. Classes begin promptly at start times.
