💞 Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. 
💞 Self-love is dynamic; it grows by actions that mature us. 
Challenge your mind, body & spirit with daily positive affirmation to help improve your own Self-Love. Practice this daily creating the habit of positive thinking as well as immense Self-Love…..Before you know if you will be living the life you want, the life you love!
