INTRO TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION IN ASANA

SCHEDULE
An introduction to healthy & safe alignment, breath and meditation in the yoga asanas (postures). You will learn how to familiarize yourself with the foundational yoga shapes, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques - great for stress relief & overall wellness. 

You will learn how to:
  • Practice mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.
  • Increase ability to relax while resting in the present moment.
  • Improve ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Release tensions and increase energy.
  • Cultivate skills in being present to bring more joy, creativity, and happiness into life.
COST: $30-50 Per Person

YOGA 101
​ASANA (POSES) ALIGNMENT & BREATH

SCHEDULE
Yoga 101 is designed to introduce beginners to the foundations of yoga and provide an opportunity for practitioners seeking deeper instruction for their yoga practice -- all in a convenient extended, one-time session, designed with your busy schedule in mind. A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace. 

Yoga 101 is a 2.5 hour-long, small-group session, where you will receive individualized attention and the tools you need to build a foundational yoga practice.
COST: $30-50 Per Person

YOGA POSTURES FOR TIGHTNESS & PAIN

SCHEDULE
Back, Neck & Shoulder pain/tightness from injury, stress or sedentary lifestyle (work). This workshop will provide you with fundamental yoga postures to help relieve pain & tightness, increase flexibility, mobility, and range of motion/movement.

In this workshop you will learn:
  • ​Learn gentle sequences to stabilize and strengthen the lower back
  • Gentle safe stretching to release tension and muscle spasms
  • Effective practices to stabilize the sacrum and relieve nagging pain of sciatica
  • Explore healthy postural and movement principles to help reduce pain and prevent future injury
  • Yogic tools for pain management

Students will receive a step by step yoga flows that can be done in the morning to awaken the body and in the evening to wind down from the day, helping with sleep.
COST: $15-25 Per Person
