Yoga on the Bay

 Join me every Tuesday morning at 9am for a tranquil & grounding Yoga Class to get your day started with peace & harmony in mind, body, spirit/soul.

* No yoga experience needed. All levels class.
* Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen & love.
 * We meet at the Coronado Ferry Landing on the grass area to the left of Peohe's

Be sure to bring your yoga mat, a towel and water to class. Please allow 5-10 minutes to find parking and to get set up in class. Classes begin promptly at start times.
