A sound bath for cancer patients is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to support the body, mind, and spirit during oncological care. It is a full-body listening experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while being "bathed" in acoustic sound waves and vibrations. This therapeutic sound healing session can help participants feel a state of peace, deep relaxation and inner harmony. When you are deeply relaxed, your nervous system is in a healthy state allowing for better sleep, reduced stress/anxiety, mental clarity and improved overall well-being.
Led by certified sound healing practitioner Jennifer Butler, this session uses guided breath-work, guided mind-body scan and the calming harmonious sound vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, a gongs, various chimes, steele tongue drum and more. When you are deeply relaxed, your nervous system is in a healthy state allowing for better sleep, reduced stress/anxiety, mental clarity and improved overall well-being. Open to patients, survivors, caregivers, and anyone seeking stillness and healing. Recommended Materials:
